We hope to build lifelong collaborations with well-behaved clients. We’ve seen it all… and whether it’s a fancy agency, a huge corporation, or a tiny startup, we believe bad clients aren’t born, they’re made – by weak processes that turn unhealthy for both the creatives and the clients. It is Heck’s opportunity to demonstrate a smooth process to clients, and model the ideal video vendor. We’ll try!

Everyone has seen the ‘Project Triangle’ of good, fast and cheap, where only two are possible. But we’ve already solved that: we don’t chase ‘cheap’. We aim to be good, fast, and a worthwhile investment.
