Prep your invoice

Be sure to include these details:

• Our info: Heck Inc, 534 Mandevilla Drive Brentwood, CA 94513

• An invoice number, so we can keep track of it versus other invoices

• Detailed line items for your services: dates, phases of work, daily or hourly rates, description of your services, etc

• The project code (ie NIKE-ARS), usually this is listed in your contract, and typically on Slack/Google channels and folders

• The name of the project producer at Heck

Getting paid

We use Gusto for payroll, it’s easy (and free). Gusto will handle all the tax paperwork and setup direct deposits to your bank. We pay Net 30 – sometimes much faster – and once you’re onboarded, you’ll be conveniently in our system for future projects.

To get started:

• Email me (accounting at heck.video) and CC your Heck project producer

• Attach your invoice

• and I’ll invite you to the Gusto platform. Thanks!
